心臓大血管手術における希釈式自己血輸血(Acute Normovolemic Hemodilution)の同種血輸血削減効果は、プライミングボリュームの減少などの血液管理戦略の結果、以前から報告されているよりも小さいことを示唆する研究です。
今後も血液凝固管理に関する研究を発信していきたいと思います。
